This is my Family . . .
We live in the beautiful state of Utah under the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains. I have had many pets over my lifetime, mostly dogs, with a few cats, chickens, pigs, lambs, and even an iguana! Our home has been a haven for many dogs over the years and we have loved every minute of it! My hope is to bring happiness and love to your home through a beautiful, healthy and well adjusted new puppy!
Breeding History . . .
I started breeding Cocker Spaniels many years ago, as a teenager, with the help of my mother. After I got married, we got our first little Yorkie! We then bred her and continued with Yorkies. I then took a break from breeding for several years while raising our young children but we were anxious to start our program up again! We purchased our first Cavapoo and immediately fell in love! We then decided to make our focus on breeding these sweet and lovable Cavapoos and haven't looked back!
Cavapoo History . . .
The Cavapoo, also called the Cavoodle, is a designer dog that originated in Australia during the 1990s, when breeders sought out to create a hybrid of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Poodle. Given the popularity of its two parent breeds, the Cavapoo quickly became one of the more popular designer breeds. The Cavapoo's popularity spread to the United States and Europe, and the breed is still continuing to grow more popular today. The Cavapoo is registered by several dog clubs for hybrid and designer dogs, like the American Canine Hybrid Association (ACHA) and the International Designer Canine Registry (IDCR).
Cavapoo temperament. . .
Outgoing, playful, and gentle, the Cavapoo is an ideal companion dog for all types of different people. The Cavapoo is a social breed that requires significant amounts of attention, so they're not a good choice for people who are away from home frequently or for long periods of time. Cavapoos thrive on spending time with their human "pack," and some have a tendency to become attached to one person and designate them as their "pack leader." Still, Cavapoos get along well with strangers, children, and other dogs, though they tend to prefer humans over animals. Intelligent and eager to please, the Cavapoo is a highly trainable dog that's a good fit for first-time or novice dog owners.
